NON-BLEED ADS for large format publications (please supply your ad without bleed or crop marks):
Full page: 6″W x 9″H
2/3 page: 6″W x 5.91″H
1/2 page: 6″W x 4.375″H or 2.813″W x 9″H
1/3 page: 6″W x 2.813″H or 2.813″W x 5.913″H
1/6 page: 2.813″W x 2.813″H

FULL BLEED ADS for large format publications (inside and outside back cover only):
Trim size: 7.5″W x 10.5″H
Live area: 7″W x 10″H (0.25″ from all sides/trim)
Bleed size: 8″W x 11″H (add 0.25″ bleed beyond trim on all sides)
Please supply your full bleed ad without crop marks.

NON-BLEED ADS for small format publications (please supply your ad without bleed or crop marks):
Full page: 5″W x 7.75″H
1/2 page: 5″W x 3.813″H or 2.438″W x 7.75″H
1/4 page: 2.438″W x 3.813″H

FULL BLEED ADS for small format publications (inside and outside back cover only):
Trim size: 5.5″W x 8.5″H
Live area: 5″W x 8″H (0.25″ from all sides/trim)

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

IF YOU WANT US TO CREATE THE AD FOR YOU…
Please prepare/supply your ad material using the following guidelines of what we can and can not use.

WHAT WE CAN USE:
• Photos – original prints or .jpgs from a digital camera (minimum 300 ppi resolution)
• Logos – original electronic version is preferred for optimal clarity: native vector files (.ai or .eps) or raster hi-res files (minimum 300 ppi) saved as a layered .psd
  Anything that requires scanning must be large and clean.
• Resolution of at least 300 ppi on any electronic submissions (.tif or .jpg)
• Files created in InDesign (.indd), Illustrator (.ai or .eps), Photoshop (.psd) or Corel Draw (.cdr)

WHAT WE CAN NOT USE:
• Graphics pulled from websites
• Clipart, gifs (.gif) or bitmap (.bmp) files
• Preprinted advertisements used in other publications (i.e.: newspapers, phone books, etc.
  We can, however, use these as a sample guideline to re-create your ad for our publications, please supply us with the original photos and graphic elements from the sample ad.
• Faxed ads or logos
• Electronic versions of graphics, photos, logos, etc. under 300 ppi
• Ads created in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Publisher or PrintShop. Ad wording created in these programs is fine.

IF YOUR OWN DESIGNER IS CREATING THE AD FOR YOU…

• Finished size must be the exact size as per your reserved ad space
  (please see ad sizes above)
• Resolution must be at least 300 ppi
• File format must be press quality pdf
